Warranty Claim
Most of our brands offer a standard manufacturer warranty. It does not apply, if
- The item has been modified or repaired by any unauthorized service center or personal.
- The defect was subject to abuse, improper use not conforming to product manual instructions, or environment conditions more severe than those specified in the manual and specification.
- The defect was subject to Force Majeure, such as flood, lightning, earthquake, war, vandalism, theft, damage due to low voltage disturbances.
When claiming your warranty, make sure you bring your e-receipt, item, packaging of the item, and all accessories included to the service center ensure a smooth claiming process.

Return
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a return or refund is necessary. Please read our policy carefully:
- Returns must be initiated within 7 business days from the date of delivery.
- Returns are only eligible when they are damaged, defected, or wrongly shipped.
- If items are wrongly shipped, please ensure that you do not/attempt to unseal, open, or use the item in any possible way. When item is not in a sellable condition, we are not able to proceed with the returns.
The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax, and insurance for replacements.
When items are returned:
- Once we receive the items, we will inspect and verify the items, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for items that do not meet the criteria of being damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you have noticed that your item may be damaged or faulty after 7 business days, please look for the service centers that are responsible for your item to claim your warranty.
